chocolate fountain

General operating instructions: First, melt 3 cups chocolate chips or equivalent and 3/4 cups vegetable oil together in your microwave. Then slowly pour the melted chocolate and oil mixture into the bottom of the chocolate fountain with both knobs turned on (one knob turns on the temperature; the other the auger motor). The temperature of the fountain is set to maintain the liquid chocolate.

Usage note 1: The unit must be level. Under the base of the unit there are 3 legs. One leg is stationary; the other 2 legs have adjustable lengths. The purpose of the adjustable legs is to keep the unit level. If the unit is not level, then the flow of chocolate will not be continuous or even. (To add more chocolate, you need to melt a chocolate/oil mixture in a microwave before adding it to the machine.)

Usage note 2: The chocolate mixture consistency must be even and reasonably thin. For 3 cups of chocolate chips, you need to use a minimum of 3/4 cup of vegetable oil. Before pouring in the mixture, you'll want to mix it so that the melted chocolate is thin and consistent through out. Important - - never add solid chocolate chips to the mixture
