Basic Recipe can be jazzed up.
Day before:
Save sphagetti noodles from the sphagetti the night before in a baggie in fridge.
Buy pack of Beef Stew meat. Cut up a couple carrots, one onion and a couple celery stalks and put in baggie. Make sure you have soy sauce and sesame seeds for tomorrow.
Day of:
Put the stew meat and cut up veges in crock pot on low heat.
After work: This part takes about 8 minutes max
Get out big wok and use 1 TB olive oil, one half onion til tender. Add baggie of noodles and 2 tb of sesame seeds, add soy sauce to taste. Take meat from crock pot and add to the wok. Toss a couple times. Serve with big glass of milk.
