So, trying out this recipe tonight.
Take glass pyrex bowl and put on a saucepan with a couple inches of water and boil. Place half of bar of Bakers German sweetened chocolate in the pyrex.
Meanwhile, gently wash and remove stems of nice strawberries and let dry on cloth towel (got rid of paper towels to help save the planet earth).
Stir chocolate til smooth. Dip one berry at a time and let cool on waxed paper.
On V Day I plan to add a little cognac for fun..
