chicken cordon bleu

flatten nice chicken breast antibiotic free of course, dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs, then flatten again and sear in saute pan with hot olive oil for a minute or two. Then put nice slice of ham and thin sliced jarlsburg cheese on one side and roll as tightly as possible and stick with a toothpick and place in hot oven (convection at 350 for 25 minutes is best).
Add some grilled fresh grean beans with garlic and sesame seeds and sweet potatoe seasoned with a little butter, cinamon and brown sugar. Serve with crusty bread.
