Beef hash with leftovers

Take one onion and sautee with olive oil. Meanwhile, take your leftover potroast from fridge and cut in small pieces.When onion is transparent, add the pot roast. When that is heated, make a circle for your cream. Take 3/4 cup of milk, pat of butter and a TBL of flour and whisk it and pour in the middle of the pan. Whisk on high heat til thickened. Serve over toast or baguette.
