Pot roast

Whenever a good pot roast is on sale, buy it.
Put it in the crock pot with salt and pepper, onions and celery. Add bag of baby carrots.
Slow cook all day. Great with egg noodles or potatoes and a green vegetable.
Then Nic can use the leftovers the next day to make a good beef hash over toast or a phily cheesesteak.
