Clean 2 pork tenderloins and let sit.
Grind half cup pumpkin seeds you bought bulk and put in freezer.
Roll tenderloin in mixture and rub grate with olive oil. Place tenderloin on grill for 20 minutes each side.
Serve with nice rice and peas.
