spicy potato wedges

I take one russet potato per person. wash and pat dry. Preheat oven to 350 -400 degrees.
Cut each potato in half long wise. Then cut again down the middle and down the two sides to make 5 equal strips.
Put on cookie sheet. Pour olive oil over top, sprinkle with some ceyenne pepper, some cumin and some chili powder, some good salt and pepper. Spread around with hands. Heat for 25 minutes, turn about 3/4 way through to flip them.
