Emily and DJK's " cinnamon sweet pecans"

In one gallon bag put 1 cup sugar and 3/4 tsp salt plus 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
In mixing bowl, whisk til frothy 2 egg whites and 1 tsp water and put in separate bag.
Shake 1 pound pecans in wet bag then in sugar solution.
Bake for 250 degrees on greased cookie sheet for 1 hour, stir every 15 minutes.

Note: this is good if you are watching a wierd movie like Little Children and need to run out of the room every so often to stir the pecans.
